By using CampWatch you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and readable. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
What CampWatch is
CampWatch is an independent monitoring and alerting service. We watch publicly available campground availability and notify you when a site matching your criteria opens up. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any park agency or booking provider.
Booking is between you and the park
We do not sell campsites, take reservations, or process booking payments. When you receive an alert, you complete the reservation directly with the official booking system at their rates and under their terms. Availability can change between our alert and your checkout.
Acceptable use
Use CampWatch for your own personal trip planning. Don’t use it to scalp, resell, or hoard reservations, and don’t attempt to disrupt the service or the upstream booking systems.
No guarantees
We work hard to be fast and accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every opening is caught or that an alerted site will still be available when you go to book. CampWatch is provided “as is,” without warranties.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
